Meh they must have hired the person that does the Call Of Duty trailers and all the ex Call Of Duty developers because to me it looked very much like Modern Warfare 3 meet's Black Op's 2.

Not interested in the slightest especially since it's a EA product so will be filled with Micro Transactions, level and weapon skipping bundles as well as lackluster anti-cheat with poor servers.

If I want something like that I will go play Call Of Duty.

Hmmm, apart from the wing suits, HUD it looks like a rehash of 3 and 4 so far, still on the fence about it?

Ok, so you like somethings from BF3 that they didn't put in BF4, well how about we put everything from every battlefield in one game.

I will wait for real reviews of the actual game before I get close to any decision on purchase.  At the moment though I really doubt I would get involved.  I bought Battlefield V but have played only a few hours.  Battlefield 1 had a little more attention, but it was still poor.

It will take something really special to drag the few active gaming clanners away from PUBG.

Battlefield games set, even only slightly into the future don't work for me.  I didn't enjoy Battlefield 4's last DLC which brought in some of the "sillier" ideas like Hovertanks and rail guns that I couldn't relate to (and no it's not about how often I die, it's how I die).  I know that in the real world we now have drones, some weaponry has incredible capability, and no doubt robotics is just round the corner.  But I remain old school in my mindset and expect to stay stuck on the fence.

Why not?

Quite frankly because I fully expect it to be a complete mess.

Looking back at Battlefield games, they have never EVER fixed the server issues that have been around for years.

They have never fixed the utilisation issues for some hardware which in one instance was causing people who hit the frame rate cap of 200, to drop below 30 at times because it was only using up to 40% of the GPU until nVidia and AMD managed to fix it somewhat, but it's still a issue in the Engine.

Cheaters, Glitchers, Micro-Transactions and FOV issues on top mean it's something I am not interested in.

The whole Battlefield Portal look's like a good idea and probably could be fun.

The biggest issue though is it's a EA game and I will not be buying another game published by EA because of the whole Micro-Transaction issue with them, where levelling up can be skipped or made faster by spending money, then there is the whole "Gambling" oop's sorry I mean "Surprise Mechanics" where you HAVE to buy them to get certain things to enable the gameplay to be better.
