If you want to watch videos on cases then GamersNexus is the one to watch, but for the Define 7 you can watch the review from Tom at OC3D as he shows the none XL one and then towards the end he shows the XL, but it's worth watching the whole thing.

Hardware wise if you want a 5 minute generic over view of something then that is most of the Tech Youtubers, but if you actually want to know about the hardware then GamersNexus and OC3D go in to details and they are who I watch for information.

Yeah, the OC3D vid is useful :tu:
I think that I'll go for the Define 7 (not XL) 'cos it comes in white :D

Cool but before you build it, just be aware that the drive with the heatsink will need to go in the top M.2 slot and the one without will go lower down in the board.

Up to now this thread isn't as long as your last upgrade one is it?

I know Scan are running at up to 2 weeks for delivery.

Rammy when you build it, you may have to give me a call using Whatsapp using the video chat thing so we can check to see if you need a bios upgrade and I can walk you through doing that and setting up the bios properly.

Will do, ta :tu:
Just had a thought/realization about that AIO CPU cooler.........do you think that it can be mounted somewhere else other than the top of the case? Reason I'm asking is that I'm not a fan of having an open topped case......which I'd need to have if those AIO fans are mounted blowing upwards.

Ideally you would want it at the top drawing air through the radiator blowing air out the top.

However you should be able to put it in the front, and then have the rear fan as a intake and put some at the top as a intake.

Not sure that blowing air out the front is a good solution with that case and I def don't want a fan at the top (I really want a solid top-no holes)
I'll have to rethink this.......possibly a AIO cooler with a single fan that blows out of the back of the case?

The front has vents on the side, where the air can escape unless you plan on filling them in.

The top also has a slim line along it which allows air in.

A single 120mm AIO cooler will not cope with a 3950x.

I wonder if it would allow sufficient air out....... :scratchchin:
That would be fine if it did....I do like that cooler
